You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason by means of a written statement (e.g., letter, e-mail) or by returning the goods (applies only to private buyers). The period begins upon receipt of the delivery. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of cancellation or the goods in a timely manner to:

- In the event of a cancellation, you are required to return the goods received. We will then refund any payments already made for the delivery of the goods.
- The right of cancellation does not apply to orders for goods that have been manufactured according to your specific requirements, are clearly tailored to your personal needs, or are unsuitable for return due to their nature. Please return the goods to us along with the original invoice. Products must be returned in their entirety. You are responsible for the postage costs for returning ordered goods, unless the goods are defective or were delivered incorrectly.
