1. Formation of the Contract:
Your order is binding. We may accept it at our discretion within two weeks by dispatching the goods or by issuing an order confirmation. Presentation of the original invoice is required to assert any claims. Please keep your order confirmation (delivery note) in a safe place for record-keeping purposes.
2. Your right of withdrawal:
You may revoke your order within 14 days without giving a reason by means of a written statement (e.g., letter, e-mail) or by returning the goods (applies only to private buyers). The period begins upon receipt of the delivery of goods. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of revocation or the goods in a timely manner to

- In the event of a revocation, you are required to return the goods received. We will then refund any payments already made for the delivery of the goods.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for goods that have been manufactured according to your specific requirements, are clearly tailored to your personal needs, or are unsuitable for return due to their nature. Please return the goods to us along with the original invoice. Products must be returned in their entirety. You are responsible for the postage costs for returning ordered goods, unless the goods are defective or were delivered incorrectly.
3. Subject to price and product changes and availability:
Our current prices—including taxes and the specified shipping costs—at the time of the order apply. We reserve the right to change prices. We reserve the right to decline orders or to refrain from fulfilling them if the items are unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and refund any payment you have made.
4. Payment and Delivery:
We deliver upon payment via PayPal or against prepayment by bank transfer, plus the current shipping costs and conditions specified on the order documents.
5. Retention of title:
The goods supplied remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full, regardless of the expiration of the objection period. We reserve the right to charge a dunning and processing fee of €10.00 for payment reminders.
6. Defects in the goods:
Should the goods delivered to you be defective, we will provide a remedy promptly and with a focus on customer service. Please contact our customer service team, or send the defective goods carefully packed and with sufficient postage, and including a description of the defect.
7. Data Protection:
We process and use your personal data for the purposes of order processing and maintaining the customer relationship. Discretion, confidentiality, and strict adherence to applicable data protection regulations are a matter of course for us. You will receive information material from other companies only with your consent. Note: You may object to the further use of your data for advertising purposes and/or the disclosure of your data for advertising purposes at any time by notifying us.
8. Choice of law:
Austrian law applies exclusively. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction is Graz (Styria / Austria).
